Professional 7.5% cream developer (25 volume) specifically designed for use with L’Oréal Professionnel LUO COLOR. The stabilised formula activates the hair colour and helps deliver an even, glossy and multidimensional colour result.
Features:
- Developed for use with LUO COLOR.
- Contains 7.5% hydrogen peroxide, equivalent to 25 volume.
- Activates the colour formula during the colouring service.
- Helps provide an even and controlled colour result.
- Supports LUO COLOR in creating a glossy, light-reflective finish.
- Mixed with LUO COLOR in a 1:1.5 ratio.
- Recommended development time is up to 20 minutes.
- Must not be used separately or replaced with another developer.
