A.S.P Converter 1% is the mildest converter in the range and is used when you want to create deeper, richer tones without lightening the hair. Especially suitable for toners on sensitive or porous hair and for work where you want to stay at the same or go to a darker level.

• Converts permanent hair colour into a tone-on-tone result (1% / 3.3 vol).
• For use when you want to create deeper, more saturated tones while maintaining the same or a darker level.
• Ideal for toners on sensitive or porous hair.
• Can be applied to both towel-dried and dry hair depending on the desired result.
• Gives a gradually fading tone-on-tone effect on damp hair and a more permanent result on dry hair.
